About these terms

These terms cover purchases made on Here Comes Meno — currently the Personalised Menopause Symptom Tracker, a one-off digital product. By buying it, you're agreeing to what's below.

Purchases

The Personalised Menopause Symptom Tracker is a one-off purchase, not a subscription — you pay once and it's yours to keep, with no renewal or recurring charge. Prices are shown in GBP at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we don't see or store your card details.

Access is given straight after payment, via a link and code shown on the confirmation page and sent by email. It's worth saving that page or email somewhere safe, since it's the only way back in if it's lost.

Refunds

Because this is a digital product with instant access, we can't offer refunds simply for a change of mind once you've received your access link. By completing your purchase, you're agreeing that access starts straight away, and giving up the standard 14-day cooling-off period that applies to most online purchases.

That doesn't affect your other rights. If something's genuinely broken, missing, or not what was described, get in touch and we'll put it right or refund you — that's your legal right regardless of the above.

Not medical advice

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This doesn't affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer, wherever you're based.
